estate services company that provides customized solutions for property management, maintenance and brokerage services to building and business owners in the booming Triangle area.
Jennifer has more than 16 years of experience in the commercial property management and facility management business. She has extensive knowledge of
project management, budgets, tenant and landlord relations, and contract negotiations.
Jennifer has been responsible for managing construction projects including general renovations, office up fits, and major HVAC retrofits. She specializes in all types of commercial properties from the rejuvenation and value-add process for distressed assets to Class A properties. She is quick to earn trust and tenants, landlords, and contractors alike enjoy working with her.
Jennifer studied Business Management at Champlain College in Vermont and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She has an active North Carolina Real Estate License and has enjoyed her experiences in leasing and acquisitions. Jennifer and her husband, Brian, have four children and a Bull Mastiff named Harley. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and riding with Brian on their Harley-Davidson.
