Mr. Weatherspoon’s background in commercial real estate spans 30 plus years and he has complete knowledge of both managing and leasing commercial property. His experience has also included leasing, construction management, development, renovations, rehabilitations, mechanical overhauls, roof replacements, and major HVAC retrofits. He has served a s a receiver in a large real estate repositioning and has been involved in numerous purchases and sales of properties that were under his responsibility. In addition, he was founder and President of Sterling Realty Services, Inc. from 1991 to 2004. In 2004 Sterling Realty merged with Colliers Pinkard. Colliers Pinkard merged with Cassidy Turley in 2008. In 2011 he formed Genesis Commercial Real Estate Services to pursue investment opportunities, general brokerage, receiverships and management services.
